SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We shipped most of the places where our logistics partner can supply to. If the countries that you are located in are not listed in the countries we shipped to, please email support@rockeetech.com to see if we can help you.
SHIPPING METHOD
We manufacture our wireless products in Xi’an China, and our goods are stored in the warehouse situated above our factory. All products are shipped using general shipping or express shipping according to the shipping methods that you have selected. If we have any issues regarding delays to shipping your order you will be notified via email with updates on the order. Tracking numbers are done via an online system, which is not always given to the customer. If you wish to track your item/s, please send us an email with your order number and we would reply back within 2 business days.
